No rain barrels here, but I was in Antigua about 3 weeks ago on business and observed that a majority of the locals capture roof runoff as their primary source for routine use (drinking/etc). If FL keeps growing, and assuming typical competence of city-fathers managing water supplies, we may have to re-learn how to do that here... Town of Oakland was the first to impose water rationing a few weeks ago, so I'm not sure we can depend on a perpetual centralized water supply anywhere in Central FL in the long term.
