Gosh, aren't they great? In a pot, very perennial. They die back completely in the wet season, but I stick them in full shade with some cover (to keep the rain out) and they come back, predictably, better than the previous year. Great cut flower, of course, but also a great spot of color in the garden.

After seeing your post I was inspired to go out and buy a bunch of these long lasting flowers!
Normally I spend my winters in Florida but this year I chose Arizona and have been posting my observations! Last year I posted about your wonderful state(Fort Myers area)!

Is there a way to "help" these beautiful flowers stand proud? It's such a shame to see them down in the ground. I'm going to try to
secure some netting around them - maybe up to 6 inches high. We'll see.
