I loooove habanero salsa. Habs are my most favorite thing to grow. There's a good recipe on bakespace.com for a "habjapeno" hot sauce recipe.
hey, that looks like a great recipe. i love the idea of using carrots as a backdrop for the flavors... i'll give it a shot, tho maybe just half a recipe.btw, i freeze all my habeneros. since they're so DARN HOT, you only use them as flavoring, anyway. texture won't matter, freeze 'em.
