Im a little jealous that your plum and peaches are blooming. My blueberries are blooming, but my plums and peaches are only just beginning to show signs of activity. My beans are in too, just waiting on them to sprout. Tomatoes are hardening off and almost ready to go in the ground.
i'm actually a bit ahead of the pitch with my beans and tomatoes, but i'm glad i took the chance, as this hot weather has really encouraged a lot of growth in my beans, tomatoes, cukes & squash.
different varietals of peaches and plums bloom at different times--i have very early varieties of peach--flordaprince and earligrande. the latter is supposed to bear in may (!!) and has already finished flowering. this is only the second year in ground, so i'm not expecting much of a crop from it, but next year!
What type of apple tree do you have? I'm planning my next garden expansion and would love to put in an apple tree. That's definitely something that would get eaten at my house!
i grow anna and dorsett. there are a handful of apples that do well here:

i've had only one apple (this will be the third spring for my trees), but it was very high-quality--sweet and crisp with good acidity. i have a grower in pierson who has a couple dozen trees and they bear heavily. mine are trellised.

I was expecting my Floridaprince to be in bloom, but I keep telling myself I have to have some patience this year.
What types of Plum trees do you have? I have a Methley, Santa Rosa and a Black Ruby. My Santa Rosa is the only one budding out so far.

Our brand new peach tree just opened its first bloom this morning. I'm so delighted!
